REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your CozyHaul purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Item must be unused and undamaged
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at cozyhaulstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cozyhaulstore@gmail.com with photos and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours the order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
